Classic Hot wings


1 kilograms chicken wings or drumettes
125 grams flour
100 milliliters of Bondamanjak French Creole Chilli Sauce
oil (for frying)
butter or margarine to tase


1- Rince and dry chicken thoroughly

2- Coat chicken wings/drumettes with the flour

3- Deep fry the chicken in small batches in a really hot oil. Leave it to rest while you prepare the sauce.

4- On a pot, melt the butter. Add the chilli sauce and salt to taste. Heat until bubbly then remove from heat. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir until wings are well covered.

5- Bake the chicken at 180C for 15 minutes

6- Enjoy !
